Shipping policy

Printable products and documents will be provided and discussed if necessary. For printable services, please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery contingent on the client’s location. Please be advised that Strategic Master Consulting is not responsible for damaged or lost documents and/or printed services once the items are released to the carrier for delivery services. We will offer limited extended support to work with the carrier’s claims department to assist in resolving the claims issue.
